A Racehorse is under specialized care of a tutor. The job description of a racehorse trainer is a package of activities. This includes managing exercise and feeding schedule. Training the horse to get used to human handling. A professional and experienced trainer is required for this job.

The horse coach, will also select from the options the best race for the horse to engage. This field has gained popularity and gained appreciation over time. The tutor earns bountifully from races won and consultancy fees. However the job comes with its challenges.

A famous racehorses trainer working with a training company shared her working typical day as follows; she reported to work by half past six in the morning, she goes ahead to mucking off her five racing horses. By seven oclock in the morning they are aware of which horses they will be riding. The horse will have between one and three canters, which will be defined by the training rating of the individual horse. The morning stable is done by noon and resumes at three in the evening. The evening part comprises of mucking the horses, giving hays, grooming of the individual horse and finally the evening feeding is done by half past six in the evening.

There is no specified training for a horse coach, except for anyone below nineteen years. Anyone below this age is required to get trained in a college to acquire a Level two in diploma. A professional coach career differs from the fun motivated horse ride. The latter has no technicalities and rules. A horse trainer needs to a team worker but individual racing experience is great to get acquainted to making abrupt decisions when in commanding situation. This profession also commands dedication and passion to cope with working long hours and the job being challenging.

The job is defined to be thrilling and full of ecstasy, Racehorse training has the dark side, this includes, meager earning per year, reports from the Labor statistics bureau have shown earnings of between sixteen thousand and fifty three thousand US dollars per year. This has led to its low ranking by the basis of pay when compared with other industries in the United States

The job also physically demanding, that causes fatigue and exhaustion. The job is physical by the riding on the racing horse bark, running, climbing and bending during the training. Grooming and feeding the horses is also taxing job.

The horse instructor, also at risk of injuries, sometimes associated deaths. The horses are animal, vulnerable to fatigue, getting frightened or even unruly. The trainers are vulnerable to be bitten by an angry horse, being kicked or being stepped on. The instructor is at risk of being overwhelmed by a horse, due to its size. This control. Injuries in this job have been reported high in comparison with other risky jobs.

The ever-changing design of this job is a disadvantage by itself. This is an unpredictable job, handling different animals, under different conditions and with different states of health makes it more complex. The state of the animal will dictate its behavior and is responsible of unruly nature of these animals.
