The overall health of a body is not necessary maintained by the natural nutrients but need a little boost by use of important Nutritional supplements and Nutraceuticals . These ingredients are synthetically prepared and act as secondary to the dietary needs especially on the fewer nutrients missing in food. Many factors are draining the essential components of the food we take and the gaps left need to be covered by using other nourishment.

The purpose of these ingredients is to improve body immune system and reduce the risks of getting sick. Also improve the performance on the general body and to support the process of healing. If body of a person cannot take care of itself, then at one time if not properly maintained adverse health manifest may result and it becomes difficult to prevent them.
