As they start to get a bit older they will find that they are making the teams that only the elite players get the chance to play on. This is when they start to get noticed by the scouts that really have a say in what happens.
By the time the players make it to their high school teams the coaches will be expecting them. They will get a good start on their career in football and on their way to the big leagues. However they will still have a long way to go until they get there. They can still miss out as well because it all depends on how well they do in academics and the field.
Some of them can also see how much talent they actually have. Some of them handle it very well and are very humble and modest about their ability. Yet still others handle it all very poorly. All of this started when they were in middle school and it was a long road to the pros but they still have to do a lot of work to get there. When they are on the field too they need to make sure the play their best because no college will want them if they do not.
