Normally it is said that our body gets bigger as we grow older though that may not always be the case.
There are other reasons as well as to why we gain weight. Cause if that were the case then why do some teenagers gain weight from an early age? So why do those in their early 30s stat gaining weight?
While there may be many reasons why we gain weight, The Largest and perhaps well-known factor lies in our genes. Even though it doesn't seem like an inherited disease but if it is in your genes then you will surely get fat sooner or later.
For example;
If your father or mother or one of your grandparents is overweight chances are you will grow up to look like them. As you grow older your body will also start picking up the weight as well. However if you can notice that form an early age and start eating less and going on regular exercises then you will end up slimmer and in much better shape than they are.
Although not always you get the weight from your parents, so don't go blaming them. In most cases it is caused by your own bad habits and not being able to take care of yourself properly. If you eat too much junk food then nothing will stop you from gaining weight and becoming fat.
Gaining weight and being fat is not always contributed by the bad habit of eating junk food. Rather the habit of laziness. If you exercise regularly and do more physical activities on a regular basis you can still enjoy the junk food and have a lean and healthy body.
Instead of being too comfortable on your couch all day you can try get some exercise or do a favorite hobby or interest that requires physical activity. Just be involved in something that not only helps you lose weight but also helps you gain some sort of skill.
You might not be the best dancer or tennis player in the world but who knows? Trying something that helps you gain experience in certain things is like killing two birds with one stone if you asked me. You can end up getting paid to teach other people or you can end up being a professional.
And either way you look at it. You will end up having a healthier body at the end of everything else.
This is the cheapest and most cost-effective way of losing weight. You can end up being paid as a coach or something. The most important thing is that you love what you do and never give up.
Live Life as you were meant to not because you have to. Enjoy yourself. Have Fun. You deserve it.
