A medium banana has about an equivalent calorie needed in the body for a day therefore one can consume a single banana and survive a day. It has a large potassium content which the body requires in conversion of excess glucose into glycogen making it outdo all the other fruits. At every meal one is required to take at least a piece of the fruit and it will be the best option.

Benefits of eating bananas are more compared to the other fruits and other type of foods. It is eaten when ripe as a fruit which contains vitamin c. It is also eaten when raw by steaming it. When raw it has high carbohydrate and no vitamin.

When undertaking any work, one needs a lot of energy in the muscles. Some fruits have the energy needed but the amount is not enough for the body. When going for any excises or hard work involving movement of body muscles one needs to consume a piece some few minutes before the event takes place.

A banana has the highest calories compared to all the fruit. A person is advised to take only one piece before a heavy task and after the task to recover the lost energy from the body. One only takes small quantity that is more helpful to the body.

Growing children require energy in the right amount. Bananas have more energy and it may be harmful to a young child. They are mixed with other types of food to provide the best and the right quality type of food. After one has the right quality of food the body develops without any complication or any attack from diseases.

Calories in a banana, potassium, vitamin c and b6 and the fiber are all necessary in the health and wellness of the human body. Every component in bananas is equally important to the growth of human tissue. Potassium helps in maintaining the body sugar, that is, helps convert excess glucose into glycogen and is ready to be stored the tissues. On the other hand fiber is of great help in proper digestion of food.
